Damavand Wire & Cable Company, backed by three decades of managerial experience in the distribution and sales of electrical conductors, along with the capabilities of the country’s young workforce and the adoption of state-of-the-art global technologies, commenced its operations in 2010 (1389 AH) on a 12,000-square-meter site located in the Eyvanki Industrial Zone.
Through the synergy and dedication of its management team and committed staff, this brand successfully secured a significant share of both the domestic and regional markets. These achievements were the direct result of expanding the company’s production activities and importing, commissioning, and utilizing modern machinery and equipment in the wire and cable industry.
Consequently, at the very early stages of operation—and due to the high quality of its products—the company obtained the National Standard Certification from the Institute of Standards & Industrial Research of Iran for Damavand’s wire and cable products.
Continuing with the introduction to Damavand Wire & Cable, it should be noted that the company, through the establishment of an internal research team and by consistently updating their technical expertise—sending its specialists to technologically advanced countries in the industry—aims to further enhance the quality and diversity of its product range.
The company’s technical task force focuses primarily on the production of rare and specialized cables to meet the unique industrial needs of the country. Manufacturing large-cross-section flexible and flat cables is among our core areas of expertise.

Accordingly, we prioritized the establishment of a robust Quality Control (QC) department to fulfill the first objective and the development of a dedicated Research & Development (R&D) unit to achieve the second.
In line with these goals, the new Research & Development (R&D) and Quality Control (QC) facility of Damavand Wire & Cable was commissioned in the summer of 2024 (1403 AH). As one of the key pillars of the organization, this facility aims to elevate product quality, enhance technical reliability, and accelerate innovation across the company’s portfolio.
Previously operating in limited spaces with fewer resources, these units now function within an independent building—separate from the main factory and production lines—allowing them to conduct comprehensive research and specialized evaluations of manufactured products.
In the R&D division, experienced experts utilize cutting-edge global technologies to design and develop new products while optimizing existing manufacturing processes. Through extensive testing and precise analytical studies, this department provides innovative solutions tailored to the evolving needs of both the market and the electrical industry.
The Quality Control department, equipped with advanced testing systems, examines all manufactured products at various stages of the production cycle to ensure full compliance with national and international standards.
Testing procedures include electrical resistance measurement, tensile and elongation tests, insulation integrity evaluation, and other critical technical parameters—all conducted with rigorous precision.
Through the close collaboration of these two departments, Damavand’s wire and cable products achieve superior quality, long-term durability, and enhanced operational safety for all customers.
